Lanae Got Cakes requires a 2 weeks notice for all cake orders 

orders placed with less than a two weeks notice is subject to a rush fee $60 for a weeks notice 6 days or less $100 rush fee and payment is due in full

$100 dollar minimum 

any order less than $150 in total is due in full. (NO DEPOSIT)

Pick up times Saturday - SUNDAY is 9:00 am to 11:00am 

I will give a 15min courtesy  with a notice 

 with  15 min grace period after that time frame  has passed you forfeit your cake 

If you cannot pick up your order please make sure someone you trust will be responsible to pick up on time and handle your order properly. I will not be held liable for any damages.

if person appointed to pick your cake up is late you will be responsible for late fees. $30 for every 15 mins they are late. no exceptions 

name and contact info of the person picking up will be needed

Delivery is additional and is based on the location/travel time. delivery must be requested at time of initial order. 

all deposits are non-refundable.
