Lanae Got Cakes: Policies & Guidelines
Order Deadlines
• A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for all cake orders.
• Orders placed with less than two weeks’ notice are subject to rush fees:
• $65 for one week’s notice.
• $100 for six days or less.
• Rush orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Design & Date Changes
• No changes to dates or cake designs can be made after the deposit and consultation.
Payment Policies
• $100 order minimum.
• Orders under $150 must be paid in full (no deposit).
Pick-Up Details
• Pick-up times are Saturday-Sunday, 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
• A 15-minute courtesy notice is allowed for lateness, followed by a 15-minute grace period.
• If this time frame is exceeded, the order will be forfeited.
• If you cannot pick up your order, someone you trust must handle pick-up on time and transport the cake properly.
• Late pick-up fees: $30 for every 15 minutes past the agreed time. No exceptions.
• The name and contact information of the person picking up must be provided in advance.
Delivery
• Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location and travel time.
• Delivery must be requested at the time of the initial order.
Refunds & Liabilities
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Dates and payments are non-transferable.
• No refunds will be provided.
• Lanae Got Cakes is not liable for any damages to cakes or treats after pick-up.
